What is the difference between Dr. Pen models?

Each model is designed for a different level of use. The A6 is ideal for beginners, the M8 offers greater power and speed for intermediate users, and the Ultima A10 is our professional model with maximum power and depth control from 0 to 2.5 mm.

Yes. Our devices hold CE certification and comply with EU medical safety standards. The needles are sterile and single-use, eliminating any risk of cross-contamination.

How often can I use Dr. Pen?

It depends on the depth used. With a needle depth of 0.25–0.5 mm, you can use it every 2–3 days. With depths of 1 mm or more, it is recommended to wait 4–6 weeks between sessions to allow the skin to fully regenerate.

Can I reuse the needles?

No. Dr. Pen needles are single-use to ensure sterility and treatment efficacy. Reusing them increases the risk of infection and reduces the precision of the device.

Which cartridges are compatible with my model?

Each model uses specific cartridges. The A6/M8 cartridges are compatible with one another, whilst the Ultima A10 uses its own larger-diameter cartridges. Please refer to each product description for exact compatibility.

How many needles does each cartridge have?

We offer cartridges with 12, 36 and 42 needles. The 12-needle cartridges are ideal for small areas (eye contour, lips), the 36-needle for the full face, and the 42-needle for larger areas such as the neck and décolletage.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders within mainland UK are delivered in 3–5 working days. Deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and other remote areas may take 5–8 working days. Shipments to other EU countries take 5–10 working days.

What is the returns policy?

You have 60 days from receipt of your order to request a return. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Opened needle cartridges are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
