All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China, using tracked delivery services. Standard delivery times vary depending on your location.
Prices shown at checkout generally include applicable taxes and import duties. In exceptional cases, additional local charges may apply.
We offer free tracked standard delivery on orders above the minimum threshold. Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel. Please allow up to 4 working days for the delivery service to update the detailed tracking.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of your purchase, please check your spam folder first. If it is not there, contact us for assistance.
We process orders within 1–2 working days. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page.
Ownership of and risk in the products shall pass to you upon delivery. Once the parcel has been delivered to the address provided at checkout (or collected from the local post office or delivery point), Dr.pen Club is no longer responsible for the items. Please ensure you inspect your order promptly upon receipt.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, customs clearance or carrier delays. Some carriers may deliver directly without prior contact. If a signature is required and you are not available, the parcel may be held at the local post office.
