At Dr.pen Club we are committed to your satisfaction. If your product does not meet your expectations or has a defect, you may opt for a refund, replacement or repair in accordance with the conditions set out below.

You may return eligible products within 60 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Accessories are also covered by the same 60-day policy.
⚠️ Orders being processed, on hold or with a tracking number already issued cannot be cancelled.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible products within 60 days of delivery. Please review the conditions below for each product type.
If the product you purchased does not meet your expectations but has no defects, you may return it within 60 days of the delivery date for a full refund or replacement. Return delivery costs are at the customer’s expense.
The product must meet the following criteria:
If you receive a defective product (not due to misuse), you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Dr.pen Club covers the delivery costs in these cases.
If the product has suffered damage due to misuse or unauthorised modification, it may not be eligible for a refund. Within the 60 days, you may request a replacement or repair, but you will be responsible for service, delivery and other associated costs.

Receive the RMA number
We will send you a return authorisation number (RMA).
Send the product
Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.
Refunds: Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 working days by the payment provider.
Late or missing refunds: If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a few more days to process. If you still have not received it, write to us at uk@drpenclub.com.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
