1. Warranty period

Dr.pen Club offers warranty service and customer support for new and certified refurbished products purchased directly from our official shop.

⚠️ Notice

We do not operate official shops on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay or AliExpress.

•Devices purchased from Dr.pen Club: limited warranty of up to 5 years, depending on the model and conditions of use.

•Cartridges and skincare products: 1-year limited warranty. Returns are only accepted if items are unopened and in their original packaging, as they are single-use products.

For replacement products, the warranty continues from the original date of purchase and is extended by the number of days the product was with us for warranty service.

2. Loss of warranty

The warranty shall not apply in the following circumstances:

(a)The product is labelled as "sample", "Not for sale" or sold "AS IS".

(b)The product was purchased through unauthorised sellers.

(c)Trademarks, serial labels or stickers have been removed or altered.

(d)The product has been improperly handled, misused or disassembled.

(e)The damage is due to accidents, misuse or unauthorised repairs.

(f)The product has suffered damage from unsuitable conditions (temperature, electrical issues, etc.).

(g)The battery has been improperly handled.

(h)The damage has been caused by natural disasters.

(i)The warranty is non-transferable.

3. Warranty coverage

Our warranty services include:

🖊️ Devices (microneedling pens)

✓ Flexible return and refund policy within 60 days of purchase.
✓ Repairs or replacement of accessories covered by the warranty.
✓ For refurbishment, the customer covers the shipping costs to us; Dr.pen Club covers the return shipping.

💉 Cartridges and skincare products

✓ Returns or refunds accepted within 60 days only if the packaging is unopened.

🔧 Accessories

✓ Covered by the device’s 5-year warranty or the 60-day return policy, depending on the product type.
✓ If a replacement is needed, the customer covers the return shipping; Dr.pen Club covers the shipping of the replacement.
